As a certified Equine Gestaltist®, Sarabeth believes that true healing begins when we create space to feel, release, and reconnect with ourselves. Based in Hillsborough, NC, she combines her training through Touched by a Horse® with the intuitive wisdom of horses to support individuals through powerful moments of growth and transformation.
Horses have an incredible ability to mirror our emotions, help us become present, and guide us toward deeper understanding.
